Engage in programs and activities at your own pace for your grade level.  Discuss homeschool field trip opportunities for your co-op, and learn about our Homeschool STEM Flights program for grades 6-12.

Homeschool - Lone Star Flight Museum

Activities & Programs

• 10 a.m.-2 p.m. – Flight Training Program (Grades 5-12) includes Learning Lab Flight Fundamentals Experiments, Pre-Flight Safety Check Activity, and Flight Simulators
• 10 a.m.-5 p.m. – Self guided hangar tours and hands-on learning through play in the Flight Academy (Grades K-12) and Boeing Toddler Terminal (Pre-K)
• 10:30 a.m.- Build Your Own Glider Workshop (All Ages) in the Event Center
• 11:00 a.m. – Fly High Story Time (Pre-K) in the Boeing Toddler Terminal
• 11:15 a.m. - Build Your Own Glider Workshop (All Ages) in the Event Center
• 11:30 a.m. – Dreamers presentation about early aviation innovators and pioneers (Grades K-4) in the Rozzell Classroom
• 12:30 p.m. – Build Your Own Glider Workshop (All Ages) in the Event Center
• 1:00 p.m. – Guided Museum Hangar Tour with Third Person Interpreter (All Grades)
• 1:15 p.m. - Build Your Own Glider Workshop (All Ages) in the Event Center

Pack a lunch or buy drinks, snacks, and lunch from our Minuti Coffee Cafe. Lunch space is available on the West Endowment Overlook.
